By using brandfiq, you agree to these rules. We are a professional platform, and we expect professional use.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the brandfiq website, services, and applications. Please read them carefully. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. System Usage & Credits
You pay for system rendering capabilities via Credits. If our engine fails to generate your graphic due to a system error, we automatically refund those credits.
brandfiq operates on a credit-based system for the generation of branded assets. Credits are deducted upon the initiation of a render sequence.
The Ironclad Guarantee: We hold our engineering to the highest standard. If the brandfiq rendering engine encounters a critical failure and cannot output your requested asset, the credits allocated for that specific transaction will be refunded to your account balance automatically. This does not apply to user-initiated cancellations or dissatisfaction with subjective AI copy generation.
3. Intellectual Property & Brand Data
You own the graphics you create. You own your brand data. We do not claim ownership of your assets, nor do we sell them.
You retain all ownership rights to the content, logos, and brand guidelines you upload to brandfiq. By uploading content, you grant brandfiq a necessary, limited license to host, process, and display this data solely for the purpose of operating the service.
The graphics, PDFs, and presentations outputted by the system using your data are wholly owned by you. brandfiq claims no copyright over the generated assets.
4. Account Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We keep your data for a 30-day grace period in case you change your mind, then it is wiped completely.
You may schedule your account for deletion via the Workspace Settings dashboard. Upon scheduling, a 30-day termination protocol is initiated. During this window, you may cancel the deletion. After 30 days, all associated projects, uploaded assets, and generated templates are permanently and irreversibly destroyed from our servers.
