We only collect what is strictly necessary to run the brandfiq engine: your account details, brand kits, and usage history.
When you use brandfiq, we collect information you provide directly (such as your email via Google OAuth) and data regarding your brand configurations (logos, hex codes, mission statements). We also automatically log system usage metrics (API calls, rendering requests) to ensure platform stability.
2. AI Processing & Third-Party Models
Your private brand data is NOT used to train public AI models. We use LLMs for processing, but your data remains yours.
brandfiq leverages state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) via secure API integrations to parse your text and formulate strategies.
We have strict data processing agreements in place with our AI providers. The raw text and brand missions you input are transmitted securely for real-time processing and are not retained by third-party model providers to train their foundational models.
3. Data Storage & Security
We use enterprise-grade security to protect your assets. Everything is securely stored in isolated cloud environments.
Your uploaded assets (e.g., brand logos) and generated exports are stored in secured cloud buckets. We employ Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure that users can only access data belonging to their authenticated workspaces.
